PURPOSE
The Purpose shall explain why the Committee exists and what service(s) it performs for the Association.
COMMITMENT OF COMMITTEE MEMBERS
The Commitment shall be a short statement of dedication that the Committee Members shall hold each other to. It should empower the Committee Members to perform their duties, while reminding them that we serve the community.
PROCESS
Every Committee’s Process will be different. Documenting these processes will assist future Board of Directors and Committee Member in how to effectively perform their tasks.
