Approval for Exterior changes and Improvements. Per the Association Covenants, changes to the exterior of a property (such as new or replacement construction, alterations, windows, roofing, additions, painting, fencing, plantings or replacement of yard post lights, etc.) may not be started until you have received written approval from the Architectural Committee. Form will not be processed until complete with samples. Approval of completed form may take up to a month but is usually within a week. If urgent approval is needed, explain why and add documentation (e.g., insurer, roofer, etc.). To submit, email eghoa@easyHOA.email or call (352) 366-3099 and a Director will arrange to meet you.
