Wellington Station is a quiet community of 164 Villas and Townhomes located in the NE of the City of Ocala, Florida. The entrance is at the corner of NE 21st Street and NE 39th Avenue.

Wellington Station’s Home Owners Association is Ethans Glen HOA, or EGHOA.

Monthly HOA assessments are $69.00 and are due on the first of the month. Unpaid dues over 30 days are assessed 1.5% interest per unpaid month.

Checks may be mailed to EGHOA, 3915 NE 22nd Lane, Ocala, FL 34470.  Cash or check or money order may be brought to the Treasurer at the monthly Board of Directors meeting, held every month on the second Tuesday at 7 PM at the pool cabana on 22nd Lane.
